Meeting on March 27th
If you would like to join the Unlocking Warwick volunteers to help with some of our projects this year, you are welcome to come along to our next meeting at 6.30pm on Monday 27th March.
We meet every couple of months or so in the ante room of the ballroom on the first floor of the Court House in Jury Street (Castle Street entrance). This time we’ll be planning arrangements for the monthly tea, cake and talk social afternoons called ‘In the Ballroom’, some more tea-dances, summer Court House Tours for visitors starting on Easter Saturday, an Eighties evening on May 27th (details will be posted shortly), research in the County Record Office to uncover stories of crime and punishment in Warwick in the 19th century, and a concert in the ballroom on July 6th by the superb Divertimento singers.
We’ll also be discussing ideas for other community projects later in the year.
Just turn up at the meeting, or for more information contact our Secretary Rick Thompson at info@unlockingwarwick.org
